Who we’re looking for
- More than 3 years of experience in floristry.
- Experience managing a team of more than 10 people.
- A systematic approach: you can organise work, set clear standards and improve processes.
- Strong floristry skills and good taste: you can assess a bouquet’s quality and explain how to improve it.
What you’ll do
- Lead our team of 30+ florists and organise their daily work.
- Build clear processes so everyone knows what to do and how to do it.
- Improve bouquet quality through clear standards, quality checks and team training.
- Improve customer satisfaction by using feedback to fix recurring problems and reduce mistakes.
